Enhancement Grant

This program supports strategies to strengthen an organization’s infrastructure, and position them for sustained growth, so that they may have a greater impact in the community. This program embodies tolerance for calculated risk taking, encouraging organizations to pursue significant projects that can propel mission achievement.

FY22 Eligibility

  • Organizations that received an ArtsMemphis unrestricted operating support grant in the current fiscal year are eligible to apply.   These organizations must have:
  • 501c3 status.
  • a primary place of business in Shelby County, TN.
  • an arts-based mission.
  • accessible programming.
  • at least a three-year history of offering programming.
  • Organizations must have one dedicated, paid staff or contract person responsible for managing the proposed project.
  • Organizations with an open Enhancement Grant, or that received a grant in the previous fiscal year are not eligible.

 

The FY23 Enhancment Grant timeline will be announced Fall 2022.
