Like Memphis’ heat index, The Summer of Cloar is heating up, offering a host of exhibits and events for everyone, from those unfamiliar with Carroll Cloar’s work to his biggest fans. University of Memphis, Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, David Lusk Gallery and Christian Brothers University came together to produce the collective examination of the Memphis artist’s work to celebrate his centennial.
