    The Arts Programs for Justice-Involved Youth initiative supports high-quality arts programs to help reduce juvenile delinquency, recidivism, or other problem and high-risk behaviors. Applications are due to grants.gov by April 6, 2023. The JustGrants deadline is April 20, 2023.

Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership

  • Mandel Cultural Leadership Program
    A new fellowship for artists and producers who aim to reimagine Jewish life and galvanize action on a range of social issues through their creative work. The two-year fellowship includes an educational program, support from an adviser, and a $40k stipend to advance a project.

Community Foundation of Greater Memphis: Jumpstart

  • Jumpstart is an immersive, yearlong program that pairs you with a personal fundraising coach, who meets with you (virtually) twice per month to help in acquiring, retaining, and upgrading individual donors. In addition to dedicated coaching, the program includes technology tools and technical assistance, designed to help you execute strategies built with your coach.

  • CERF+ - Get Ready Grant (March 7, 2023)
    Get Ready Grants award up to $500 to individual artists working in craft disciplines to conduct activities that will help safeguard their studios, protect their careers, plan their legacies and prepare for emergencies.
  • South Arts - Individual Artist Career Opportunity Grant
    The Individual Artist Career Opportunity Grant supports a milestone opportunity in an individual artist’s career that is likely to lead to substantial and significant career advancement.
  • South Arts - Jazz Road Creative Residencies (April 8, 2023)
    Jazz artists, apply for a grant to explore your work in new ways. Grants of $5,000-$40,000 available to support a residency you propose & develop for artistic creation or connecting with audiences
  • NEA Challenge Ammerica 
    Challenge America offers support primarily to small organizations for projects in all artistic disciplines that extend the reach of the arts to groups/communities with rich and dynamic artistic and cultural contributions to share that are underserved. Challenge America features an abbreviated application, a robust structure of technical assistance, and grants for a set amount of $10,000. This category may be a good entry point for organizations that are new to applying for federal funding.
