    Center For Southern Folklore

The Center For Southern Folklore is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve, defend, and protect the music, culture, arts & rhythms of the South. To that end, we are actively engaged in restoring and preserving historical films, photos and recordings; we operate a store in downtown Memphis featuring arts, crafts, books, and music from this region; and produce live concerts throughout the year including the annual Memphis Music & Heritage Festival on Labor Day weekend.
