    In this workshop the student will need to bring their imagination and basic blacksmithing skills to make a “church key” better known as a bottle opener. The instructor will start the class with the basic skills of how to make a punch and a drift. Then students will take this knowledge to create a unique bottle opener using additional techniques like forging, twisting and filing. Although this is a hands-on class, the instructor will give plenty of guidance and assistance. Students must provide their own safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves.
