A program devoted to all things American features famous works celebrating the spirit of this great nation showcasing Copland’s triumphant Fanfare for the Common Man and the beauty of our national landscape in his Suite from Appalachian Spring. The MSO also gives the world premiere performance of a work by acclaimed composer Osvaldo Golijov. Conductor: Mei-Ann Chen, Jessica Rivera, soprano.
