Add Review/Comment
After nearly 80 albums and four Grammys, McCoy Tyner continues to leave his mark on generations of musicians and jazz lovers. Beginning his career at the age of 17 with saxophonist John Coltrane, Tyner became a member of the famous John Coltrane quartet, one of the seminal groups in jazz history. Tyner's blues-based piano style is now one of the most identifiable sounds in improvisational music, forming the vocabulary of jazz pianists all over the world.
