    Memphis, it's time to celebrate a new milestone! Ballet Memphis will soon become the first Tennessee arts organization to perform on the mainstage at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. Performing as part of Ballet Across America June 15-20, Ballet Memphis was one of only 9 companies invited, and will perform along with notable groups such as The Joffrey, Houston Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet. We want you to be a part of the excitement! If you cannot travel to DC to see the magic live, you can join us for a special party and exclusive performance on Monday, June 14, to preview the short modern work to be performed. The poignant and spunky "In Dreams", commissioned by Ballet Memphis in 2007 and set to the music of Roy Orbison, has also been performed to sold out audiences at The Joyce Theatre in New York. There will time for Q&A with the dancers and staff and of course plenty of food and drink.
