Taylor Bothwell is a 14 year old singer/songwriter living in Memphis, Tennessee. Taylor has been writing lyrics since the age of 11 and putting them to music since getting a guitar for her 13th birthday. Her songwriting skills belie her age. She is the youngest member of the Memphis Songwriters Association and has performed over the last year on the singer/songwriter stage at the Delta Music Festival. Taylor was awarded a scholarship to the International Folk Alliance Festival in Memphis this year where she performed in four separate showcases with professional singer/songwriters and has attracted the attention of the Nashville Songwriters Association International. Upcoming performances include the Cheer for Kids benefit for St. Judes Hospital on March 7, and Earth Day at Shelby Farms on April 25th.
