The Contemporary Chamber Players will perform works by student composers and featured composer Joseph Schwanter. Known for his dramatic style, Schwanter is one of today?s most prominent American composers. Many awards, including the 1979 Pulitzer Prize and several Grammy nominations, have marked his career. U of M Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble March 27, 2010 The program will feature compositions by Joseph Schwanter.
