The Pearce Shakespeare Endowment is pleased to host a scholarly symposium exploring this question, "Green Shakespeare: Environmental Criticism and the Bard." Robert Watson (UCLA) will give a keynote lecture on the boundaries of the human in "A Midsummer Night's Dream," followed by a roundtable discussion, with responses from a panel of Shakespeare scholars Daniel Brayton, Simon Estok, Sharon O′Dair, and Karen Raber.
