Don Lucas, trombone; Mickey Moore, tuba Lucas, a Fulbright Scholar, is the recipient of the coveted Premier Prix at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He has performed under notable conductors and has commissioned and premiered many new works. As a founding member of Sonus Brass, Moore has performed across the United States, the Far East and South America. He is currently a member of the Illinois Symphony Orchestra, the Illinois Brass Quintet and the Medicare a Dixieland band.
