    Featuring some of the most respected and admired artists working in Memphis today, Voices of a New South examines the different ways local artists approach life in the modern South. From childhood memories to dreams for the future, the works in this show reveal influence of everything from folk art to pop art and will grab you with their emotional intensity and honesty. Including works by Anthony Lee, Kiersten Williams, Twin, and N. J. Woods, the exhibition reveals how artists in the South today, particularly in Memphis, are able to embrace their past while looking toward a brave new future. On view in the Mallory and Wurtzburger Galleries.
