    The Daddy mack BLUES band

    AT THE CENTER FOR SOUTHERN FOLKLORE

     

     

    Blues fans got a taste of what The Daddy Mack Blues Band can deliver at this year’s Memphis Music and Heritage Festival. But for the full treatment, there’s no place better than the intimate surroundings at the Center for Southern Folklore Store. Mack and his crew return Saturday, September 20 to the Center store located at 123 S. Main @ The Peabody Place Trolley Stop in the heart of downtown Memphis. Showtime is 9:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00.

     

    Whenever true blues fans roll into town looking for the real thing, locals send ‘em wherever Daddy Mack and his crew are playing. From Europe to Chicago to California to Florida, Daddy Mack has spread the word that gritty, urban blues is still alive and kicking in Memphis.

     

    With three consecutive albums in the Top Ten of the national blues charts and years of touring under their belt, The Daddy Mack Blues Band has established itself as one of the best party bands in the land – and the Center for Southern Folklore Store is the perfect setting to experience this dynamic blues band up close and personal.
