    Dixon Director Kevin Sharp continues hosting his film series with three great features from the 1950s. Each movie is by a legendary director and two feature Hollywood's top leading men. However, in all three films a relatively new female star comes along and completely steals the show. In the 1950s, women's traditional roles were changing in America, as exemplified in the ways they were portrayed in film. Kevin will offer a brief introduction before each screening. Thursday, September 18 The Seven Year Itch, 1955 In this funny, brilliant romantic farce, director Billy Wilder pits nebbish Tom Ewell against Marilyn Monroe at her steamiest. 105 minutes Galleries open until 8:00 pm.
