In rural Uganda, most children are traumatized by war, HIV/AIDS, or poverty. In response to this ever-growing crisis, two of the country's artists have developed programs to help these children. Okello Kelo Sam will talk about his Hope North Uganda project and Fred Mutebi will discuss "Art, the Global Medium: Let Art Talk."
