    The Memphis Flower Show, presented by Memphis Garden Club, member of the Garden Club of America, is one of eight GCA major flower shows in the country. Fifty-seven arrangers from across the country are coming to complement fifty-one sculptural works of art and to be judged by one hundred and twenty-five judges. Notable Memphis artists Carroll Todd, Allison Smith, Greely Myatt, Terri Jones, Maysey Craddock, Wayne Edge, Joyce Gingold, and Brian Russell will have their extraordinary works interpreted in flowers. Two hundred and fifty entries are expected for the Horticulture Division and thirty-six entries for in the 6 photo classes. There will be botanical jewelry classes as well as twelve tablescapes interpreting works by artist Ted Faiers. Although the flowers only last through the weekend, the sculpture exhibition runs through June 1st.

      Tickets: Dixon members admitted FREE at all times.
      Adults: $7
      Seniors ages 65 and over: $5
      Students ages 18 and older with ID: $5
      Children ages 7 - 17: $3
      Children ages 6 and under: FREE
      Saturdays 10 a.m. - noon: FREE
      Groups of 10 or more: $5 each
      School groups with advance registration: FREE
