    As a STOTT PILATES student, you learn more than choreography. You gain the knowledge, skill and confidence to develop effective programs for a range of clients from post-rehabilitation patients to elite athletes. Our training and certification programs are designed with your experience and goals in mind. Courses carefully detail the logic behind each exercise and reinforce them through observation, practice teaching and instructor feedback. Classes are held at three locations around Memphis: Ballet Memphis, 7950 Trinity Road, Cordova, 901-737-7322 Pilates Centre, 5101 Sanderlin #101, 901-761-0214 Hope & Healing, 1115 Union, 901-259-4673 x1653
