  boost the holiday spirit with his 'Strings for a Season' concert featurin
 g traditional and not-so-traditional tunes. It will be a rousing evening o
 f acoustic guitar-from blues to folk\, and traditional to classical. Named
  as one of the 'Men of Steel' by Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine\, Gilewitz fa
 scinates audiences with fi ngerstyle gymnastics. His ability to make one g
 uitar sound like an entire orchestra stems from 35 years of well-honed tec
 hnique and 27 years on the road\, touring worldwide\, creating his own sig
 nature sound that has been captured on his seven releases\, DVDs\, and son
 gbooks. Gilewitz has shared the stage with The California Guitar Trio\, Jo
 hn McCutcheon\, John Renbourn\, Mose Allison\, the late John Fahey\, Leo K
